If your experiencing
issues connecting to our chat tool please see initial trouble

***Kindly perform
clear cache/cookies first then close all browsers and then test
before proceeding below***
1. Kindly visit
wms.zoho.com using a web browser (Chrome/Firefox/IE/Opera etc)
2. If result is "WMS
Persistent Connection Server" that means that your connection is
good. If your connection to the server is bad, it would show
something like page connectivity error.
3. Open the terminal and flush the dns of your laptop. For the different versions of OS for MAC, kindly check for the syntax below since each version has a different way of flushing the DNS.
Open the terminal by
following the image below
Terminal MAC- Flushing DNS
Cache in MacOS 10.12, 10.11 newer
- sudo killall -HUP
mDNSResponder
- Clearing DNS
Cache in OS X 10.10 Yosemite
- Copy paste the entire syntax in the terminal for this version
- sudo
discoveryutil mdnsflushcache;sudo discoveryutil udnsflushcaches;say
flushed
- Flush DNS in OS X
10.9 Mavericks
- **Need admin password**
- dscacheutil
-flushcache;sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder
- Flushing DNS
Cache in OS X Lion (10.7) and OS X Mountain Lion (10.8)
- **Need admin password**
- sudo killall -HUP
mDNSResponder
- Flush DNS Cache
in Mac OS X 10.5, Mac OS X 10.6
- Flush DNS in Mac
OS X 10.4 Tiger, & 10.3

After flushing the
DNS, kindly try accessing Cliq again.
