How to create a ticket to Helpdesk

There are 2 ways to create a ticket to BMG- Helpdesk:


1. Sending an email to [email protected]














Subject: ( Issue that is happening)
Email body: Brief description on what is happening. If troubleshooting steps are already done, please include them as well. It is important to provide details on how many user/s is affected on the issue.
Attachments: Screenshots or videos that might help in checking the issue.


2. Logging in to the BMG- Helpdesk website:



Note:
For employees, just use your zoho account to login. You can also register using your personal email just in case you cannot login using your zoho account you just need to click on "Register".



Note: Just fill- in the needed fields then click on "Sign up". Login to your email which was used to register the account. 



- Confirm you registration by clicking on "Click here to accept invitation" 
- You will be asked to enter you desired password.
           Recommended Password:
                  - 5 to 8 Alpha numeric Characters long
                  - 1 Uppercase letter
                  - At least one special character. Example: (!@#$%^&*)

- After setting up you password, Login using your designated email and password then click on "Sign In"


BMG - Helpdesk Page:

Click on the "Submit Ticket" tab



Type in required fields:
- Contact Information
- Subject 
- Description of the issue and troubleshooting steps



Fill these out:

- Product Name: Ex: Ring Central,Time Doctor, etc.
- Priority
- Classification
- Attachments: Screenshot, Video etc.
