Users with any role can reset their password individually by clicking on the Forgot Password link in the Zoho CRM log in page. Follow the steps given below:
1. Click the Forgot Password link in the Zoho CRM Sign-in page.
The system redirects you to the Zoho Accounts page.
2. In the Zoho Accounts page, follow these steps:
Specify the Email ID as mentioned in the Account Information section.
Enter the captcha code as shown in the picture.
Click Request. The system sends an automated email to the registered Email ID.
Click the link "here" in the email and you will be redirected to the Zoho Accounts Password Reset page.
In the Password Reset page, enter your New Password.
Click Change.
