Ringcentral General Issues

Let me start this Knowledge Base article with a few basic troubleshooting steps.


1. Relaunch RingCentral Application
      a. Close RingCentral Application
            -Open Task Manager
            -Look for Softphone.exe with the description of RingCentral for Windows
            -Click on End Task
                  ***Once Softphone.exe disappears, you can be sure that RingCentral for windows is closed***
      b. Relaunch RingCentral Application.
2. Restart your computer.
