Set up Gmail to Send/Receive Email from BoostMediaGroup Domain

Set up Gmail to Send/Receive Email for Your Domain

  1. Log into your Gmail account.

    Click on the Cog drop-down menu (from the upper-right).


    Then, click on Settings.

  3. Click the Accounts and Imports  tab.




  1. Next to Check mail from other accounts:, click on Add another mail account.


  2. Add another email address you own



  3. Enter the email address you created for your domain and then, click the Next step button.






  4. Click the Next Step button to proceed.

  5. On the Send mail through your SMTP server page, fill in your SMTP Server (smtp.zoho.com port 465), Username (full email address), and Email Password which is zoho generated ### instruction to generate at the lower portion



  6. How to Generate Zoho password which will be use in account linking.

  7. click this link to access zoho accounts https://accounts.zoho.com/u/h#security/authentication

  8.  Select two factor authentication. Select application specific. 


  9. then fill-up details including your original account password. then press generate



  10. copy the generated password. then paste it in gmail account creation


  11. Then, click the Add Account button.

  12. Add email account for sending verification code entered and Verify button highlighted.

    Now, Gmail will email a verification code to the email address you just added. Check your domain's email account for a verification message from Gmail. You can either click the link in the email or copy/paste the code into the text box and click Verify.


  13. Now you will see your domain's email address in the Send mail as and the Check mail from other accounts sections.
